By downloading, installing, or using the Modula Launcher ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

Modula grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose.
• Distribute or sell the Software without explicit permission.

3. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software uses Microsoft OAuth for authentication; your Minecraft credentials are never stored or transmitted to our servers.

4. Software Updates

The Software may automatically download and install updates from GitHub. These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MODULA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MODULA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. Community and Discord Guidelines

When using our Discord community, you agree to follow the specific rules posted in the #rules channel. Harassment, toxicity, and distribution of malicious mods are strictly prohibited.
